Data Scientist at the Innov4-ePiK project, with a research focus on extracting clinically meaningful phenotypes and biomarkers from electronic health records using natural language processing (NLP). My work spans clinical text mining, data curation and harmonization, ontology-based approaches (including HPO), machine learning for prediction tasks, and the development of trustworthy AI methods to advance rare disease research and support clinical decision-making.
